Scheduled
What: CloudCentral will be undertaking scheduled maintenance to the Canberra Enterprise Cloud Zone Pod 2 Storage Cluster. Storage cluster equipment will be relocated to a new rack within NEXTDC C1 data centre. The clustering software & storage OS will also be updated during the maintenance window.

Vendor support will be on call during the maintenance event to respond to any unexpected events that may occur.

Why: This maintenance is being undertaken to improve the resiliency, performance and serviceability of storage services within the Sydney Enterprise Cloud Zone.

When: Sunday August 14th from 8pm to 10pm AEST

Impact: Customer VM instances that are hosted on pod 2 will be shut down during the maintenance period to facilitate the equipment being physically relocated within the facility. There are very few customer VM instances hosted on this new cluster and the customers who are on the new storage cluster are aware that some of their VM instances are hosted by it. Therefore this maintenance event does not apply to you unless you know you are on the new storage cluster.
